We prioritize creating a supportive and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive. Our dedicated staff is committed to upholding the values of the Odd Fellows, ensuring that every resident receives the personalized care and attention they deserve. As a cornerstone in the Walla Walla community, the Odd Fellows Facility is a testament to the enduring spirit of compassion and fellowship that has defined us since our beginnings.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to visit, aid, and provide optimal care to our residents and their families. We commit to prioritizing our residents’ needs above and before our personal needs. We relentlessly pursue progressive and innovative practices, health care, and resident services that maintain the most optimal level of resident care standards and service practices. We reflect positively on our residents, our team, and WOFH.

Our Vision

Our vision is to continue expounding upon WOFH's legacy and rapport with our residents and community as the perennial resource of long-term care services. WOFH aspires to be the industry leader in our services and place of employment and, for those we serve, to make a multigenerational impact by edifying our present and future.

Culture & Values

WOFH team members unite around a common cause of resident care and community support. This culture brings our team together and ensures everyone works toward the same goal.

A team that works together with a collective goal to improve our resident's care experience creates an internal culture of collaboration and mutual success. WOFH is passionate about making a positive, lasting impact on our residents, visitors, and team members. Creating a better quality of life and positively impacting the lives of our residents, visitors, and the community are core values of WOFH.
